Apple rilascia iOS 8 beta 6 ai carrier, non agli sviluppatori: GM quasi pronta?

Due giorni fa Apple ha rilasciato la sesta beta di OS X Yosemite agli sviluppatori ma non ha fatto la stessa cosa con iOS 8, o almeno non l’ha resa disponibile per i developer ma solo per i carrier che potranno così testarla. Tale scelta fa parte della normale programmazione e prova che la beta 5, rilasciata all’inizio di agosto, potrebbe essere l’ultima release prima della golden master, ossia la versione definitiva del sistema operativo. Secondo il portale BGR neanche in futuro questa sesta beta finirà nelle mani degli sviluppatori a causa dei tempi ravvicinati con la golden master. Tuttavia lo stesso sito ha diffuso online il changelog completo, sottolineando come questa versione debba essere approvata dai carrier entro il 5 settembre, pochi giorni prima dell’evento che Apple organizzerà per la presentazione dell’iPhone 6, il 9 settembre.

• Fixed an issue when forwarding an email with an attached photo just brought up the original message without a photo
