Sony Xperia Z3 e Z3 Compact: al via il rollout di Android 5.0.2 Lollipop

Sony ha da poco annunciato che è ufficialmente iniziato il rollout di Android 5.0.2 Lollipop per l'Xperia Z3 e l'Xperia Z3 Compact. La strategia di distribuzione è radicalmente diversa rispetto a quella adottata da Samsung, HTC ed LG, che hanno portato sui rispettivi top di gamma Android 5.0: i giapponesi hanno preferito aspettare qualche mese in più per includere ulteriori fix e correzioni alla stabilità del sistema.

Sony, nell'annunciare l'arrivo del pacchetto d'aggiornamento, ha affermato che l'update “sarà disponibile su più prodotti della gamma Xperia Z tra circa due settimane”. Al momento il rollout è cominciato dai mercati nordici e baltici, ma l'arrivo in quelli principali è ormai prossimo.

  • Better storage control and customisation – with the option to easily move applications from internal memory to SD card – giving you more control over your content, particularly useful for devices with slightly less space.
